Many people engage in exercise to manage body weight. However, because we are often encouraged to use exercise solely for weight loss, we are rarely taught about food and exercise through a lens of fuelling and performance. Today, we will discuss the common errors we see people making with fuelling for performance and discuss how you might recognise when what you’re eating simply isn’t enough.
