April was a busy month – Ber & Fiona were attending the annual Symposium for Perioperative Medicine, Sports & Exercise Physiology and Nutrition in Mallorca….and getting some awesome cycling in as a part of that trip.

With Easter, busy work life and the travel component, the girls decided to take a two week break and come back refreshed and teaming with lots of new ideas for the podcast. They always have their best ideas when out cycling, and this trip was no exception….
